In this permanent position, you will utilize your clinical expertise to assist in the Dual Diagnosis Transitional Housing Rehabilitation Program. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to behavioral plans and community education, effectively supporting psychiatric transitions while monitoring client progress.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with inpatient teams to manage effective referrals
Develop and monitor behavioral management plans regularly
Write and manage comprehensive Ontario Review Board reports
Provide consultation to community partners effectively
Implement recovery-oriented principles in client interactions
Requirements Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Knowledge of Canadian psychiatric nursing standards required
Proven ability to thrive within a multidisciplinary team
Recent experience in a mental health facility is preferred
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
