Your Mission
- Enhance customer-facing interactions by adding value and providing leadership support for support staff.
- Mentor, coach, and direct a regional team to deliver best-in-class customer experience and operational execution.
- Monitor team activities and performance on a daily basis.
- Create and maintain region-specific training for drug and reimbursement as the market landscape evolves.
- Identify patient, healthcare provider, and program needs and deliver solutions in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.
- Analyze program metrics and create action plans to proactively address issues.
- Provide timely performance metrics and reporting to the Senior Program Manager.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, acting ethically and in compliance with all regulations.
- Report patient safety information and product quality complaints per adverse event and CAPA requirements.
- Partner with a pharmaceutical manufacturer to understand and support their goals and ensure program optimization.
- Ensure optimal support for assigned Patient Support Program and related market events.
- Respond rapidly to internal and external customer needs and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain customer support, trust, and value while navigating the changing landscape with adapted offerings.
- Assist with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, overseeing completion of all required CAPA activities.
What You Bring to the Table
- University degree in business, life sciences, or nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-functional roles, including 1-3 years of proven sales success in the pharmaceutical industry.
- People-management experience.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including private and public payers.
- Experience with specialty services and drug delivery options (infusion or subcutaneous).
- Experience engaging key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Self-directed, team-oriented, and able to manage change in a rapid environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solver skills.
- Customer focus and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
- High-level organizational skills with strong priority setting and execution excellence.
- Excellent collaboration skills; able to work effectively across organizations.
- Project management and presentation skills.
- Compliance-driven with knowledge of industry codes, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to travel, with access to a personal vehicle; some travel may include overnight stays.
Compensation
Base pay is part of a total compensation package determined within a range. The package includes incentive programs and comprehensive benefits. Our pay ranges are based on local labor benchmarks for each role and location.
