Requirements
- 3+ years in technical account management or data centres
- Proficiency with power and structured cabling systems
- Expert in ITSM tools such as Jira or Zendesk
- Ability to draft Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Background in Managed Services or Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
