Bilingual French English Relationship Manager

**What You'll Do**

* Make outbound calls to mortgage brokers and industry professionals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and referral partners
* Follow up after presentations, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
* Schedule meetings and presentations for our sales team
* Develop broker profiles by gathering information through structured conversations
* Maintain accurate broker profiles, call notes, and follow-up activities within our CRM
* Learn and understand our lending products, programs, policies, and qualification guidelines
* Gather information to help determine whether potential opportunities align with our lending programs
* Answer basic product-related questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team members
* Identify potential lending opportunities and refer qualified prospects to our sales and underwriting teams
* Help strengthen engagement with high-potential broker partners
* Participate in ongoing product and industry training

**What We're Looking For**

* Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable speaking with business professionals over the phone
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Experience working with CRM systems and business software
* Ability to quickly learn and understand financial products, lending guidelines, and qualification requirements
* Professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset

**Ideal Candidates should have:**

* Appointment setting experience
* Customer service or call center experience
* Mortgage industry experience
* Banking, lending, insurance, or financial services experience
* Sales support or relationship management experience
