Being a Human Resources Coordinator with us means:

• Coordinating the recruitment process

• Participating in the welcome and integration of new employees;

• Assisting with inquiries from employees and external parties

• Participating in the management and monitoring of employee professional files

• Daily administrative follow-up: enrollment in insurance, RRSPs, various certificates…;

• Preparing various internal and external communications;

• Organizing internal events (Employee cocktails, school visits…)

• Collaborating in the payroll processing;

• Collaborating in the management of health and safety files

• Organizing, coordinating, and participating in various HR projects and initiatives;

• Responsible for managing physical employee files (sorting and archiving);

• Any other related tasks.

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations;

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;

• Good tolerance for tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Relational skills and excellent communication abilities;

• Demonstrating professionalism and a strong capacity to handle confidential information;

• Ability to work as part of a team;

• Autonomous and good sense of initiative;

• Very good knowledge of the Office suite;

• Experience in payroll processing (an asset);

• Experience working in a unionized environment (an asset)

• Knowledge of the Dayforce system (an asset).
