Marketing Director (Digital + Content + Brand Growth)
Location: Windsor, ON
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year | Full‑time | On‑site
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategy, brand growth, and online presence. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can execute across content creation, paid advertising, SEO, branding, and digital growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Lead and execute the company’s overall marketing and digital growth strategy
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and direct engaging content including video, reels, graphics, and campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Improve SEO performance, website traffic, and digital conversion strategies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations
- Strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy, promotions, and growth opportunities
What You Need
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and social media strategy
- Strong content creation and creative direction capabilities
- Hands‑on experience managing paid ad campaigns and marketing budgets
- Solid understanding of SEO, website optimization, and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while driving strategy and execution
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in financial services, retail, or consumer‑facing industries is considered an asset
