Caseworker, Patient Support & Services

Cencora seeks a remote Caseworker for Patient Support & Services in British Columbia to manage reimbursement processes, coordinate benefits documentation, and resolve coverage-related issues. The role supports timely case progression and operational visibility across patient support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist reimbursement processes for timely and accurate handling of coverage requests
• Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and follow-up communications
• Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps to reduce delays
• Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
• Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive issue resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2+ years experience in reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare support services
• Experience with case coordination, claims support, or customer operations
• Certification in reimbursement support or patient access preferred
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
