Office Admin for Physio Clinic (MOA)

Job Responsibility:
Do you have administrative experience in a physiotherapy clinic or similar office setting? Our Physiotherapy clinic, located in the beautiful Port Coquitlam Community Centre, is looking to fill close to full-time hours with a reliable, detail-oriented Front Office Admin. You will work closely with our Office Manager and our amazing team of physiotherapists. If you like a friendly atmosphere, are a quick learner and have a keen eye for detail then this is the job for you! (This position will also be required to cover shifts in our nearby Coquitlam clinic as well)
Your Main Responsibilities Include:
- Booking appointments by phone and email
- Billing and Processing payments
- Ensuring clinic cleanliness
- Maintaining detailed confidential client records
- Liaising with third party insurers
A Suitable Candidate Will:
- Have previous job experience as an Office Assistant or in Administration
- Be proficient with computers systems (EMR or JaneApp knowledge an asset)
- Be able to Multi-task and be able to work well on their own
- Be personable, professional & attentive to detail
- Be reliable, trustworthy and hard-working
