crucial period of data migration and system updates, requiring a keen eye for detail, patience, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks. _Duration of position:_ July - October 31, 2024 _Preferred workdays:_ 3-4 days per week, Monday to Thursday (15-20 hours per week) _Work hours:_ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (in-person at our Port Coquitlam office, potential for flexibility in hours) _Pay range:_ $20 - $25 per hour based on experience *Job Duties:* · Perform data entry and data cleaning in QuickBooks Online post-migration. Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is a bonus. · Conduct data entry and testing in the Smartsheet platform. · Carry out data entry and data cleaning in Sitemax. · Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with Microsoft Admin is a bonus. A working knowledge of Excel functions and formulas is required. · Assist PMAs (Project Management Assistants) with data entry into our Master Job Database, QuickBooks Online, and Smartsheet. · Support the creation of training guide documentation. *Qualifications:* · Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ideally QuickBooks Desktop. · Experience with Smartsheet and Sitemax an asset. · Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including functions and formulas), Teams, Word, and Outlook. · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. · Patience and ability to handle repetitive tasks. · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within the given schedule. · Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. *What We Offer:* · A supportive and dynamic work environment. · Flexible working hours within the specified schedule. · The opportunity to gain valuable experience in data management and software platforms.
