Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fi, Sat |12:00PM -8:00AM; 12:00PM - 12:00AM | Overnight
Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Residential Concierge - Full-time to oversee one of our residential sites in North York, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work Overnight Shifts , and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security , enjoy patrolling , and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunction.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Must have 1- 2 years Experience in Concierge Security experience, Front Desk, Hospitality.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
