Engineer's Role in Retailer Growth at Faire

- Collaborate to deliver growth-focused features and experiments
- Take ownership of end-to-end project management
- Develop and maintain growth-focused infrastructure and APIs
- Partner with analytics to interpret results and drive decisions
- Enhance user experiences with performance optimizations
- 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Familiarity with frontend (TypeScript) and backend (Java) technologies
- Proven experience with feature delivery from concept to production
- Knowledge of A/B testing and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or applicable experience
