Key Responsibilities
- Mediate between vendors and claims operations
- Conduct technical reviews of vendor services
- Manage vendor performance according to service level agreements
- Oversee vendor activities during catastrophe events
- Produce reports for Vendor Management on performance trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of estimating or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Flexible in responding to agile priorities
