Leading the creation and modification of electrical drawings, schematics, and BIM models Coordinating drafting activities with engineers, project managers, and other disciplines Reviewing drawings and documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance Helping identify and resolve coordination or drafting issues Managing your own timelines and project deliverables Supporting and mentoring junior and intermediate production team members Contributing ideas that improve drafting workflows and team efficiency Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants on project coordination What We’re Looking For

Have 3+ years of relevant CAD/BIM or drafting experience in consulting engineering or a related industry Have strong proficiency in CAD and Revit software Understand electrical building systems and technical detailing Take pride in producing accurate, organized, high-quality work Can balance independence with collaboration Enjoy helping and mentoring teammates Like solving problems and improving processes Stay curious and continue learning new technologies and industry trends Get energized by fast‑paced technically complex work Bonus points if you have experience with
