The Day to Day:

• You're a leader who enjoys creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine.
• You contribute, alongside your fellow management team, to all aspects of the restaurant including recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, conducting inventories, scheduling, overall productivity of the restaurant, and leading Health & Safety meetings.
• You oversee the bar and beverage program, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, profitability, and execution across all beverage offerings.
• You develop and maintain high service standards while creating memorable guest experiences through an innovative and well-executed beverage program.
• You curate creative cocktail menus, introduce new products, and stay informed on emerging beverage and cocktail trends to keep the program fresh and relevant.
• You build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure the best products, pricing, and overall value for the business.
• You bring a strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails to the role. A WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate is considered a strong asset.
• You strive to build and maintain relationships with guests, team members, suppliers, and senior management alike.
• You communicate Braven's vision to all team members and lead by example.
• You're proud of where you work, demonstrate high personal integrity and business ethics, and take every opportunity to promote the venue.
• You're a team player and assist with additional duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
• You have superior verbal and written communication skills
• You demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 plus Gratuities
