Position Overview  

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts and help deliver a premium buying experience worthy of the BMW brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, understand digital lead management, and know how to convert online inquiries into loyal customers, we want to hear from you.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

• Respond promptly to all internet, phone, and digital inquiries
• Manage CRM lead processes and customer follow-up
• Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits and test drives
• Build relationships with customers through phone, email, text, and online platforms
• Work closely with sales consultants and management to maximize lead conversion
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Monitor lead sources and performance metrics
• Ensure all online customers receive a luxury-level experience aligned with BMW standards
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and inventory merchandising when needed

Qualifications Required  

• Automotive sales or internet sales experience is a Must for this position
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
