WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Product Manager – Global Money Movement, you'll own KORT's global payment product workstream hands-on — from local payment methods and digital wallets to real-time payments, crypto acceptance, stablecoin infrastructure, and digital asset payouts. This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll drive the roadmap across complex regulated markets, partnering closely with Engineering, Compliance, Commercial, and Risk to deliver world-class payment products.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, contribute to and execute against the multi-year roadmap for KORT's global money movement portfolio — iGaming, payouts, and adjacent verticals. Align your work to KORT's long-term value creation plan
• Drive a differentiated product vision across crypto, stablecoins, LPMs, digital wallets, real-time payments, and digital asset payout infrastructure — translating strategy into a prioritized, actionable roadmap
• Benchmark against key competitors and iGaming-focused PSPs to identify gaps, white space, and differentiation opportunities
• Bring the merchant voice into product decisions and partner closely with the CPO and cross-functional leadership to inform and execute on strategic opportunities

Product Lifecycle Ownership

• Own discovery through go-to-market for global payment products — voice of the customer, market analysis, requirements, delivery, launch, and optimization
• Define and track key results that align with KORT OKRs
• Manage deposit/withdrawal journeys, KYC/onboarding integration, risk management, underwriting, and reconciliation flows
• Leverage a high-energy, proactive, and pragmatic approach to execute on product strategy, remove blockers, and continuously prioritize the right focus areas

Crypto, Stablecoins & Emerging Payments

• Own the product workstream for crypto acceptance (on-ramp/off-ramp), stablecoin settlement, and digital asset payout rails across regulated markets — translating strategy into requirements, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Drive KORT's stablecoin infrastructure initiatives — including instant payouts, fiat conversion workflows, and blockchain-native settlement — in close collaboration with the CPO and Engineering leads
• Advance crypto payout capabilities for iGaming, marketplace, and other emerging verticals, ensuring speed, compliance, and cost efficiency
• Support integration initiatives with crypto value chain partners, networks, blockchain payment processors, and stablecoin issuers; contribute product expertise to the evaluation of emerging protocols and custody solutions
• Maintain strong working knowledge of digital asset regulatory frameworks — GENIUS Act, MiCA, etc.— and translate compliance requirements into practical product design decisions in partnership with Risk and Compliance
• Drive real-time payment rails and open banking integrations across UK/Europe and North America alongside crypto and LPM expansion

Global Payments & Regulated Verticals

• In addition to emerging crypto opportunities, own the product workstream across LPMs, digital wallets, Pay by Bank/Open Banking, and LPMs for iGaming and regulated markets
• Bring practitioner-level understanding of payment challenges in iGaming and regulated merchant categories
• Design payout capabilities, responsible gambling controls, player verification integrations, and jurisdiction-specific payment method coverage
• Apply commercial acumen to product design — interchange economics, processing costs, revenue share structures, and merchant profitability
• Support and contribute to strategic partner relationships — acquirers, wallet operators, crypto networks, stablecoin issuers, and LPM providers — bringing product expertise to commercial conversations and integration scoping

Compliance & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Ensure product compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC2, GDPR, PSD2, AML, OFAC, digital asset regulations, and applicable iGaming regulations across all markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams; represent the portfolio to executive leadership, value chain partners, and external stakeholders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years in fintech product management with deep domain expertise in global payments, money movement, or digital assets
• Proven track record owning end-to-end product delivery for regulated, high-risk payment products across international markets
• Deep expertise in card networks, ACH/RTP, Open Banking, digital wallets, and LPMs — technical and commercial fluency in each
• Hands-on experience with crypto or digital asset payments — familiarity with acceptance flows, stablecoin settlement concepts, on-ramp/off-ramp design, or digital asset payouts. Deep expertise in one or more areas is preferred; genuine curiosity and a track record of fast ramp-up in adjacent domains is welcome
• Working knowledge of stablecoin mechanics, blockchain settlement, and custody/wallet infrastructure. You don't need to be a blockchain engineer, but you need to speak the language credibly with partners and engineering
• Hands-on iGaming payment experience: deposit/withdrawal flows, cashier optimization, KYC, responsible gambling controls
• Strong compliance knowledge: PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, AML/KYC, chargeback management, and digital asset regulatory frameworks (GENIUS Act, MiCA, FINTRAC)
• Exceptional stakeholder communication — comfortable from engineering to C-suite to external partners
• Agile product delivery experience; proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science; MBA a plus

WHAT WOULD BE IDEAL

• Deep, hands-on experience building or scaling crypto acceptance or stablecoin settlement infrastructure end-to-end, including pilots and commercial launch
• Hands-on work with crypto infrastructure and value chain payment processors (e.g., Circle, Fireblocks, Zero Hash) or stablecoin platforms
• A network of iGaming or related emerging use case merchants and partners to tap into
• Payment orchestration, intelligent routing, and multi-acquirer architecture experience
• Background in regulated merchant verticals beyond iGaming
• Exposure to responsible gambling payment controls
