Aviation Maintenance Production Manager

Take charge as the Aviation Maintenance Production Manager on a rotational contract basis. Oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure effective communication in a fast-paced environment. This role involves leading maintenance operations, requiring an AME License or four years of aviation experience, including two years in management. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are crucial, along with a customer-oriented mindset. You will manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance department operations
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings with the crew
• Communicate aircraft availability with Operations Control
• Manage on-call schedules for maintenance needs
• Track progress and meet with the Director of Maintenance Requirements:
• AME License or four years of aviation experience
• Two years of management experience required
• Ability to work a variety of shifts
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
• Strong focus on customer service and teamwork Lead a dedicated team while ensuring operational efficiency and safety in your role at the forefront of aviation maintenance.
