Become part of Felix's HR team as a Remote Healthcare Recruiter. Focus on high-volume recruitment for Pharmacy roles and Healthcare Practitioner Contractors across Canada. In this detail-oriented role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for Felix Pharmacy in Ontario and British Columbia. You'll need strong recruitment experience to attract licensed pharmacy talent and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical leaders to fulfill urgent hiring needs, ensuring great candidate experience from outreach to offer stage. Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy and contractor roles
Source talented pharmacy professionals via various channels
Partner with Pharmacy leaders to define hiring criteria
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment
Prepare and issue employment agreements ensuring compliance

Requirements:

3-5+ years of recruitment experience in healthcare
Strong background recruiting Pharmacy-related roles
Familiarity with provincial licensure and regulatory bodies
Proficiency with ATS like Ashby and HRIS systems
Excellent attention to detail in candidate data management
