Become a key player in recruitment at Felix, Canada’s leading digital healthcare company. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment for pharmacy and healthcare practitioner roles across Ontario and British Columbia. As a Recruiter on the HR team at Felix, you will manage full-cycle recruitment specifically for pharmacy positions, ensuring the right talent is onboarded to support clinical operations. Your expertise in licensed professional recruitment will contribute significantly to Felix's mission of providing accessible healthcare. Collaborating closely with Pharmacy leadership, you will enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment for pharmacy roles
- Source talent through various channels and networks
- Partner with team leaders to define hiring criteria
- Ensure compliance with provincial requirements for hires
- Administer job postings and candidate tracking in ATS
- 3-5+ years in recruitment for licensed professionals
- Experience with pharmacy roles strongly preferred
- Knowledge of provincial regulatory bodies
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms
- Detail-oriented with a zero-error mindset
