Job Responsibility:
Superior Plumbing & Heating is a prominent company offering services across Ontario and beyond. Specializing in selling, renting, repairing, and maintaining Plumbing, Water Purification, HVAC and Appliance. Our team consists of licensed, highly qualified, and experienced specialists committed to delivering fast, high-quality services with a positive approach. Customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards are at the core of our business philosophy.
We are seeking a person with experience in plumbing to join our team. No experience in sales is needed. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities: - Visit clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and outstanding customer service.- Efficiently manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.- Focus on customer retention strategies.- Collaborate with the membership department to introduce various membership plans for plumbing and HVAC services.- Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals with customers.
- Full details of responsibilities will be discussed once the potential candidate passes the test.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills:- Strong customer service abilities.- Proficiency in English .- Experience with CRM software.- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.- Ability to drive business development initiatives.- Proven track record in sales and account management.- Familiarity with technology sales and outside sales.- Excellent negotiation skills.
