Du lundi au vendredi, flexibilité requise pour travailler un quart de 8 heures durant cette période.

Responsabilités
- Examiner le système, les documents de réclamation et le contrat pour confirmer si les conditions d’éligibilité sont remplies.
- Être responsable des appels de suivi aux promoteurs du régime et aux membres du régime dans les 24 heures suivant la réception des informations initiales sur la réclamation.
- Communiquer par téléphone ou par courriel pour vérifier toute incohérence ou information manquante ou imprécise, auprès des promoteurs du régime ou des membres.
- Rédiger les lettres de refus d'intention des promoteurs du régime et des membres concernés.
- Évaluer et gérer la réclamation si elle est prévue pour une durée limite (connue sous le nom de réclamation Quick Pay).
- Si la réclamation ne répond pas aux critères d’éligibilité pour une Quick Pay, transférer le dossier au gestionnaire des cas d’invalidité (Disability Case Manager) pour évaluation et gestion, et aux DCAs pour le calcul des prestations.
- Classer les documents en conséquence.
Qualifications
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience dans un environnement de service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais, considérées comme un atout.
- Capacité de comprendre des instructions complexes et un langage contractuel de base.
- Connaissance de base de la terminologie médicale.
- Excellentes compétences en dactylographie et en saisie de données; maîtrise des programmes Microsoft Office.
- Excellente démonstration dans l’étiquette téléphonique et le service à la clientèle.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités efficacement.
- Une expérience de travail dans le domaine de l’assurance invalidité est un atout.

Le poste est conditionnel à l’obtention d’une habilitation de fiabilité.
