En tant qu'analyste, vous serez responsable de l'examen des documents de réclamation, de la communication avec les membres et les promoteurs, ainsi que de la gestion des réclamations. Ce rôle requiert un excellent sens de l'organisation et une parfaite maîtrise des langues française et anglaise. Key Responsibilities:
- Examens des réclamations et des documents associés
- Suivi des appels avec les promoteurs et membres
- Vérification des incohérences dans les informations
- Rédaction de lettres de refus aux parties concernées
- Gestion des réclamations Quick Pay
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience en service à la clientèle
- Compétences en communication en français et anglais
- Connaissance de la terminologie médicale
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et gestion du temps
