Accounts Receivable Analyst Winnipeg

Engage as an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Winnipeg, Manitoba, supporting AR functions for various shops over a 9-month term. Your expertise in transactions and ACH payments will ensure financial compliance and efficiency. In this term role, you will focus on critical AR tasks, such as processing requests in the CCC1 management system, managing inquiries, and investigating payment-related issues. Your contributions will be vital in documenting and facilitating collections, reviewing refunds, and integrating systems for operational efficacy. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and validate ACH payment uploads from remittance advice
- Process transactions in compliance with controls and policies
- Address email inquiries and service tickets promptly
- Resolve technical and payment issues effectively
- Prepare documentation for vendor setup in ERP systems
- Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
- Background in accounting, credit, or collections is an asset
- Familiarity with Workday and CCC1 management systems is a plus
- Experience in bank reconciliation is preferred
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
