A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Key Responsibilities

Team Engagement: Collaborate on the design, administration, and analysis of engagement surveys; communicate results; and support the deployment and follow-up of organizational and team action plans.

Employee Recognition Program: Contribute to the implementation of the recognition program, ensuring alignment with organizational values and integration into daily practices.

Culture and Diversity: Support the rollout of culture and diversity initiatives and monitor progress against established performance indicators.

Employee Experience: Participate in enhancing the employee experience through digitalized journeys and event-based initiatives, both in service centers and sorting facilities.

Best Practices Monitoring: Continuously monitor best practices in employee experience and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in roles related to employee experience

• Proven experience in project management

• Experience in growth, transformation, or multi-site/international environments

• Ability to translate strategic direction into concrete, on-the-ground actions

• Comfortable with digital tools and an interest in the digitalization of employee experience processes

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
