Landscaping Project Administrator

Job Overview

As a Project Administrator , you'll be the backbone of our project operations—coordinating schedules, supporting project managers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from the first site visit to final completion.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating and executing landscaping projects

• Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports

• Schedule and confirm site visits, deliveries, and inspections

• Assist with procurement and material tracking

• Maintain organized project records and databases

Requirements

• Proven experience in project administration or coordination (landscaping, construction, or related industry preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of landscaping processes and terminology is an asset

Education

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field preferred
