In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to craft and execute aftersales strategies, emphasizing operational excellence within the Parts and Service domains. Collaborate with national managers to develop, implement, and refine impactful policies that align with Kia Canada’s lofty goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the creation and execution of Parts Sales strategies
• Oversee implementation of best practices in Aftersales operations
• Provide critical resources to dealer network for achieving targets
• Communicate strategic insights to executive leadership
• Build relationships with industry associations and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in automotive OEM environments
• Familiarity with lean, six sigma methodologies
• University degree in Business required, advanced education preferred
• Proven ability to manage service and parts in a global context
• Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills
