Advisor, Selection and Management of External Consultants

We are seeking an Advisor, Selection and Management of External Consultants within the Product Development Centre of Expertise. Reporting to the Manager of Support Services, you will play a key role in the planning, recruitment, and operational management of consultants supporting our engineering teams.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Coordinate and participate in selecting top talent (resume screening, shortlisting, interviews, etc.) and onboard them into the teams.
• Administer the full accounting cycle (purchase orders, invoice processing, client recharges, etc.).
• Build strong collaborative relationships with our business partners, engineering team managers, and various related departments such as HR and Procurement.
• Collaborate with product development teams and business units to track and plan resources according to organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain effective tracking tools and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Propose process improvement and optimization ideas, analyze their impact, and implement selected solutions.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• College diploma or university degree, and/or relevant experience related to the position.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple business partners.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service experience to internal teams.
