Senior Product Manager, Home Financing

Join BMO as a Senior Product Manager focused on Home Financing. Oversee product strategies for mortgages and home equity in a dynamic broker channel environment, driving compliance and innovation. As part of the Home Financing Product team, you will be responsible for the P&L and overall strategy for mortgage products. Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you will analyze market trends, enhance product offerings, and promote customer satisfaction through streamlined processes and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product management initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partner relationships
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and risk standards
- Analyze financial metrics and product performance
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- University degree in business or related fields
- 5-7 years of experience in product management
- Experience with mortgage broker channels
- Strong analytical skills with SAS/SQL proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
