Accounts Payable Specialist POST NUMBER: 308277

- Process and match vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Manage the full accounts payable (AP) cycle, from invoice receipt to payment processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reporting.
About You
- Experience in full-cycle accounts payable and invoice processing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of invoice matching, account reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork .
Salary Range
$60,000 - $65,000/year
