As a Sales Lead at Journeys, you’ll assist in store operations, support a vibrant sales team, and generate exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, training associates, and managing daily operations in the absence of management.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
- Assist in training and developing the sales team
- Enforce company policies and provide employee feedback
- Supervise daily store operations as needed
- Resolve customer issues to enhance their shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
- Desire to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work flexible night and weekend shifts
