About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing construction organization delivering commercial, institutional, and industrial projects across Ontario. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from award through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $120,000 CAD, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and profitability
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues
- Support estimating, procurement, and project planning activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing commercial, institutional, or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is considered an asset
