Agile Delivery Consultant

12-Month Consulting Engagement | Ottawa (Onsite) | Enterprise Technology Delivery

Opportunity

Oomple is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Consultant to support a major enterprise technology delivery initiative with one of Canada's leading financial Crown corporations.

This engagement is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology—helping cross-functional teams deliver strategic initiatives while fostering Agile practices, transparency, and continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with executives, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology leaders to coordinate delivery, remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution of high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Agile Delivery Consultant, you will:

Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coordinate delivery planning across multiple Agile and business teams
Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and quarterly execution plans
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and executive reporting
Remove delivery impediments and help teams achieve committed outcomes
Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices
Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations

We're Looking For

You bring:

7+ years leading Agile and/or Waterfall technology delivery initiatives
Strong facilitation and servant leadership skills
Experience managing complex enterprise delivery plans
Excellent stakeholder management abilities
Proven success coordinating multiple teams and priorities
Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience within:

Financial Services
Banking
Insurance
Crown Corporations

Experience using:

Azure DevOps
Planview
Mural

Certifications such as:

PMP
PMI-ACP
CSM
DASSM
