We are seeking a   Project Manager   to join our  Operations team in our Ottawa - Nepean   O ffice . Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supporting the  Operations team by  overseeing the planning,  coordination and executions of HVAC projects from initiation through completion.  

What You'll Be Doing  

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met .  

• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility throughout the project life cycle.  

• Prepare,  submit , and track submittal packages  in accordance with project specifications and timelines.  

• Coordinate order entry and processing, including tracking purchase orders, sales totals, and shipment schedules.  

• Arrange and  monitor deliveries in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and  logistics partners to ensure  timely fulfillment.  

• Serve as the main point of contact with contractors to support project delivery, verify equipment details, confirm bill of sale, and communicate delivery requirements.  

• Collaborate with the Sales team and Regional Sales Manager to coordinate project efforts and  maintain clear, consistent communication.  

• Utilize ERP software to  maintain   accurate project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by  identifying opportunities to streamline project coordination and documentation processes  

• Other responsibilities as assigned.  

What You Bring  

• Post secondary education (degree or diploma) in Project Management, Business, or related fields .

• A minimum of one-two (1-2) years’ experience in  HVAC or construction project  management.

• Strong computer skills, with  proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP is considered an asset .  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal .  

• The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment .  

• Comfortability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple and strict deadlines .
