Our client, a respected ICI construction company in Ottawa, is expanding and adding a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of institutional, civil, and renovation projects ranging from $30M–$50M.

Your new role  

As a Project Manager, you will work alongside a small group of Project Manager's and work to grow the capability of the department. Work is primarily office‑based with site visits as needed depending on project stage and complexity.

You will be involved in running projects such as school renovations, water and pumping station upgrades, ICI new builds and interior renovations, as well as Civil infrastructure components tied to larger capital programs.

What you'll need to succeed  

To be considered for this important new job, you should have at least 5 years or more of practical construction industry ICI GC experience. Your education should consist of a background of Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related discipline. You should have strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the project team. Solid understanding of construction documents, drawings, and basic project workflows. Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Procore or similar tools an asset
