Lead Financial Accountant at Investment Dealer

This position requires a CPA designation and 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a financial services or broker-dealer context. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI, are essential for optimizing processes and driving efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual regulatory reports for CIRO and FINRA
• Conduct weekly management reporting and regulatory capital calculations
• Prepare audit schedules and assist external audits
• Support treasury activities, including cash management
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations

Requirements:

• Must possess CPA designation
• 5-7 years of accounting experience in related environments
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize
