Strategic Business Consultant with WPP

Be at the forefront of business transformation as a Business Process Consultant with WPP. Help major clients streamline their operations and drive growth with strategic consulting. This role focuses on utilizing your business savvy to join the Business Architecture team, where you’ll analyze and enhance existing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights that drive marketing modernization. Candidates should be detail-oriented with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and facilitate collaborative workshops. Key Responsibilities:
- Interview stakeholders to assess current processes
- Develop organizational capability frameworks
- Implement operational solutions that enhance effectiveness
- Lead workshops for client process adoption
- Manage project workflows across client engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar area
- 5-8 years of experience in a related consulting field
- Knowledge of process design and value streams
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Open to travel and working with global teams
