Director of Fund Operations Management

Enhance operational excellence as an Associate Director in Fund Administration. Direct client relations, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives in a customer-focused environment. In this managerial position, you will ensure the smooth execution of financial reporting and compliance processes for various investment funds. Your role includes liaising with clients, managing project timelines, and delivering thorough and accurate financial insights. Engagement with teams and proactive communication are crucial in this demanding role. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client interactions and reporting timelines
- Oversee investment transaction reconciliations
- Coordinate year-end audits and tax-related compliance
- Manage client billing cycles and cash management
- Train and mentor junior staff in fund operations
- 8-10 years of Fund Administration experience
- Must hold CPA, CA, CFA, or CAIA certification
- 5-7 years in a management capacity preferred
- Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
