Senior Legal Director in Private Equity Fund Strategy and Management

- Draft fund formation documents and agreements
- Support unique fundraising efforts and investment vehicles

- Negotiate credit facilities effectively
- Oversee external legal counsel for fund-related issues
- JD with extensive experience in fund law
- Background in a major law firm or corporate setting
- Licensed in Ontario and/or U.S. needed
- Expertise in fundraising and debt instruments
