Senior Manager Equity Compensation at RBI
Restaurant Brands International
Lead equity compensation strategies with Restaurant Brands International in this Senior Manager position. Focus on equity plan administration, tax validation, and process improvements within a dynamic team. As a key function in the intersection of People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, the Senior Manager of Equity Compensation will report to the Sr. Director, Global Compensation. This position requires extensive collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Accounting teams to uphold accuracy and timely deliverables for the company’s equity programs. Successful candidates will have comprehensive expertise in compensation administration and strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer annual equity plan grants and reconciliations
- Collaborate with ESPP vendor for bi-weekly contributions
- Validate and manage multi-jurisdictional tax withholdings
- Assist in quarterly audits and compliance reporting
- Communicate process improvements and train employees
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- 7+ years' experience in equity compensation
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
