CREATIVE ASSISTANT SOCIAL MEDIA, CONTENT & MARKETING

Full-time — 30 to 40 hours/week

Montreal, QC — In-person with hybrid flexibility

I’m looking for a Creative Assistant to help with social media, content and marketing across a variety of clients and projects.

The role will mainly involve

• Planning and organizing content
• Adapting content for different social media platforms
• Researching trends, ideas and references
• Developing concepts for posts, stories, reels and campaigns
• Helping with a variety of creative and marketing projects

What I’m looking for

• Excellent written French and English
• Strong knowledge of the main social media platforms and current trends
• Autonomous, organized and resourceful
• Creative, curious and able to come up with ideas independently
• Able to adapt ideas, tone and content to different clients and brands
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
• 18+ and comfortable working professionally with NSFW and adult-oriented content

No specific professional experience is required.

I’m mainly looking for someone with good ideas, strong creative instincts, curiosity, good judgment and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Additional skills that are a plus

• Canva, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• CapCut or other video editing tools
• Photo and video creation using a camera or phone
• Familiarity with AI tools for text, image or video
