Because this role caters specifically to an Eastern Canada clientele, fluency in both French and English is mandatory. You will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to communicating in French, seamlessly transitioning between languages to manage inquiries and resolve issues. We are seeking someone with 2-3 years of order management experience who can hit the ground running.

You will be stepping into a structured yet welcoming business casual work environment, operating on a standard 8-hour daytime shift (preferably 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The position is initially fully on-site for five days a week to ensure comprehensive hands-on training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule featuring one day working from home. Responsibilities
• Identifying the needs of the customers accurately and efficiently.

• Supporting and interacting directly with the Eastern Canada clientele.
• Navigating and updating accounts using Salesforce software.
• Processing complex orders utilizing JD Edwards or Enterprise 1.
• Acting as a Senior order management specialist to ensure smooth transactions.
• Participating actively in hands-on training and shadowing.

Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in customer service or order management.
• Technical experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards or Enterprise 1 is preferred.
• Must be fully bilingual (French and English) to handle 80% of calls in French.
• Ability to commute to the office located on Mississauga Road for 5 days a week initially.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a Senior order management specialist.
