This includes supervising the front desk, bell, and concierge services, as well as addressing guest inquiries and issues. • Supervise front desk, bell, and concierge services operations
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
• Track room occupancy and ensure timely operations
• Ensure staff compliance with hotel standards and training
• Monitor cleanliness and functionality of services and equipment

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience in hospitality management
• Postsecondary diploma in related professional field
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Excellent decision-making and organizational abilities
• Budget management understanding and data analysis skills
