Front Office Manager for Guest Services

Be the front-line leader in guest satisfaction as a Front Office Manager overseeing guest services and operations. Drive excellence in hotel experiences for every visitor. In this vital role, you will assist the Director of Front Office in managing guest services, ensuring that all operational aspects function seamlessly. This includes supervising the front desk, bell, and concierge services, as well as addressing guest inquiries and issues. Your role will also involve training staff and maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk, bell, and concierge services operations
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
  • Track room occupancy and ensure timely operations
  • Ensure staff compliance with hotel standards and training
  • Monitor cleanliness and functionality of services and equipment
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years experience in hospitality management
  • Postsecondary diploma in related professional field
  • Proficiency in both French and English
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational abilities
  • Budget management understanding and data analysis skills
