You’ll gain hands‑on experience and exposure to a variety of areas within Marketing, Sales and Service, such as data analysis, sales operations, brand management, consumer advertising, digital marketing, parts and service operations, and more. This role serves as a talent pipeline for future roles across Marketing, Sales, and Service, where you will build core business capabilities, develop cross‑functional exposure, and gain a strong understanding of Ford’s operations. As you progress, you will have opportunities to rotate across different areas and be considered for placement into roles aligned with your skills and business needs. To support this environment and your career development, this role follows a hybrid work model, requiring four days per week on‑site at our Canadian Headquarters located in Oakville, Ontario. Responsibilities You will support the optimization of key performance metrics such as vehicle sales, market share, and inventory levels, and contribute to data‑driven insights that enhance sales and customer loyalty. You will gain exposure to data analysis, sales operations, brand management, consumer advertising, digital marketing, parts and service operations, and more. You will rotate across different areas and be considered for future roles within Marketing, Sales, and Service.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business related field, marketing, commerce, or any other related discipline.
Experience: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a cross‑functional and dynamic environment.
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Results‑oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and proactive problem‑solving.
Able to develop clear plans and execute effectively.
Openness to relocation within Canada as future opportunities arise.
Compensation The expected annual salary range for this position is $63,000 – $107,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
Other Requirements Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required. Candidates for this position must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited does not sponsor work permit applications.
