We are looking for Cooks who are hard-working and dedicated to doing their best. Our restaurant family is large and many people stay with us for years.
The Job will include working in a kitchen and will include / but not be limited to the following job duties :
- Cooking, smoking, preparing and maintaining a professional operational kitchen
- Fulfilling orders & guests request
- Maintaining a clean workstation and kitchen
-Knowledge about barbecue and smoking techniques
- Assisting in all daily duties related to the kitchen operations
- Keep a check on food supplies and advise the supervisor of any requirements & shortages
