Shift start: 6:00 a.m.
The National Club is seeking a dependable Breakfast Line Cook to prepare breakfast for members and guests in our dining room. The successful candidate will take pride in well-prepared food, arrive ready for early morning service, and work closely with the culinary and dining room teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the Club’s recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up the breakfast station and be ready for service each morning.
- Deliver meals promptly and accurately, including dietary requests.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized and follow food safety procedures.
- Assist with preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience, preferably with breakfast service.
- Strong cooking skills and the ability to manage several orders at once.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a professional approach to teamwork.
- Food Handler Certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to begin shifts at 6:00 a.m.

- Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience
