The Pint Public House Toronto is your friendly neighbourhood pub in the heart of downtown Toronto. Spanning over 13,000 square feet across two floors, our venue offers a variety of unique event spaces to accommodate both corporate and social gatherings, with capacities ranging from 20 to 750 guests.
Our venue features indoor and outdoor patios, a DJ booth and dance floor, and a state-of-the-art audio-visual system. Known for our delicious wings, extensive selection of draught beers, and walls of HDTVs for watching live sports, The Pint is the perfect destination for great food, sports, and late-night entertainment.
Position Overview
The Pint Public House Toronto is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to teamwork, food quality, and kitchen efficiency.

- Hourly Wage: $19.00–$22.00
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary school education
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook
- Certification: Valid Food Handler Certification
Key Responsibilities
- Food preparation and quality.
- Prepare and cook food orders accurately and efficiently while meeting service deadlines.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Follow recipes and established preparation standards.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Food Safety and Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and workplace standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, including equipment and food storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and temperature-control procedures.
- Conduct regular cleaning, safety, and sanitation checks.
- Ensure all kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
