Associate Program Manager - 12 Month Contract

Cencora seeks an Associate Program Manager for a remote position in Ontario to oversee caseworker assignments, monitor protocol adherence, manage client communications, and support program operations in the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
Responsibilities
- Maintain territory caseworker assignments and ongoing project oversight
- Monitor protocol adherence and accuracy of case file documentation and database information
- Conduct client consultations and working sessions in collaboration with or absent the manager
- Identify training needs and lead refresher training for team members
- Report adverse events and maintain daily client communications
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience preferred
Compensation: $62,400–$97,900 CAD annually
