Program Director

Cencora seeks a Program Director to lead centralized patient support operations, overseeing copay processing, quality control, and program standardization. The role requires managing teams, implementing process improvements, and collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency in a remote Ontario-based position.
Responsibilities
- Lead centralized copay team to deliver processing, process improvement, and performance to KPIs
- Implement and oversee standardized quality control across programs to monitor operational practices
- Manage program staffing capacity and quality processes, recommending improvements for patient support services
- Develop, mentor, and manage direct reports while supporting team skill development and knowledge growth
- Support new program launches and participate in operational projects for specialty services programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years experience with at least 5 years in progressive management role
- Knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and call center operations
- Project and operational management expertise with demonstrated change management leadership
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
- Bilingualism in French and English strongly preferred
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech industry is an asset
