Paid Media Manager for B2B Clients

Own paid media strategy for B2B and growing-brand clients at Blacksmith Agency, working remotely across Canada, South Africa, or the USA. Lead Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

As Digital Advertising Manager, you own targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client-facing performance narratives. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this position focuses exclusively on paid media. You will manage several client accounts while making strategic decisions across campaign execution and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
• Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
• Test creative and determine when campaigns should stop
• Maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4 and pixels
• Build roadmaps and explain performance during client calls

Requirements:

• Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
• Campaign-building, management, and optimization experience
• Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
