Cloudflare Customer Engineering Director

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective technical solution strategies with team members
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff
• Train and mentor future managers on AI workflows
• Report on key performance metrics for the Canadian market
• Work with global leads to address technical issues immediately
Requirements:
• 8+ years of leadership in customer engineering
• Technical experience with SaaS or cloud security products
• Successful track record of enterprise partnership
• Conflict resolution expertise in complex situations
• Familiarity with enterprise contract negotiations
